Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Add the seasoned shrimp in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth (or white wine) to deglaze the pan, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in heavy cream until smooth.
