  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

  1. Thaw shrimp under cool running water for about 10 minutes, peel, devein, and pat dry.
  2. Melt half a cup of butter in a large skillet over medium heat until bubbly.
  3. Cook shrimp in a single layer for 1-2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and red pepper flakes; cook for about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in dry white wine and deglaze the skillet for about 2 minutes.
  6. Add remaining butter, lemon juice, and parsley; stir until butter is melted.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
