Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly, pat it dry, and cut it into one-inch chunks.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and set aside.

  4. Grab toothpicks and begin to assemble the skewers: alternate cucumber, feta, and tomato.
