  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans with unsalted butter and line the bottoms with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and ½ teaspoon of baking soda until well combined.
  3. In a larger mixing bowl, cream together 1 cup of granulated sugar and ½ cup of softened unsalted butter using an electric mixer on medium speed.
