Method
 

Steps
  1. Warm the Milk: Gently warm ½ cup of milk to 120–130°F, then mix in 2 teaspoons of instant yeast.
  2. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine 3 ½ cups of all-purpose flour, ¼ cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon sea salt, and the yeast mixture.
  3. Knead the Dough: Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Short Rest: Cover dough with a towel and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
  5. Roll the Dough: Roll the kneaded dough into an 18x12-inch rectangle.
  6. Add Filling: Spread ¼ cup softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with ½ cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon.
  7. Roll Up: Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 12 rolls.
  8. Prepare for Baking: Place rolls in the baking dish, cover, and let rise for 20 minutes.
  9. Bake the Rolls: Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 25–30 minutes.
  10. Make the Glaze: Whisk together 1 cup powdered sugar with 2–3 tablespoons milk for the glaze.
