Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, combine 1/3 cup of sugar with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Lightly spray each flour tortilla with non-stick cooking spray and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on both sides.
- Cut the coated tortillas into wedges and spread them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the tortilla wedges for 11-12 minutes until crisp and lightly golden.
- While the chips bake, peel and dice the Granny Smith apples and toss them in lemon juice.
- Dice kiwis and strawberries, adding them to the bowl with apples.
- Sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of fruit preserves over the fruit mixture.
- Serve the fruit salsa in a bowl alongside warm tortilla chips.
