- In a small bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and active dry yeast. Stir and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add vegetable oil, salt, and a beaten egg to the yeast mixture. Gradually incorporate bread flour until a rough dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Place the kneaded dough in an oiled bowl. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until tripled in size.
