Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 pound of ground beef and 2 minced cloves of garlic. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until pink is gone.
  3. Reduce heat to low and mix in ½ cup of Parmesan cheese and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  4. Open a can of buttermilk biscuits and flatten each into a small circle.
  5. Place filling in the center of each biscuit and seal tightly.
  6. Arrange sealed biscuits seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush melted butter on the tops of each biscuit.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
