  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning homemade or store-bought
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt or sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes adjust for spice preference
For the Finishing Touch
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, finely chopped omit if unavailable
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges for serving lime can be used or skip

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels to ensure roasting instead of steaming.
  3. Mix the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  4. Spread the shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Roast the shrimp for about 8 to 10 minutes, until opaque and curled into a loose 'C' shape.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
