Marinade Preparation

- Add chicken tenders to the bowl, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
Cooking Process
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C). Oil the grill grates if grilling.
- Remove chicken from fridge and let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Grill or bake chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
