  3. Combine mashed sweet potato, maple syrup, almond butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  4. Sift in cocoa powder, coconut flour, and sea salt; fold to combine. Add chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Pour batter into the loaf pan, smoothing the top evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-28 minutes; check doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Let cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
