Method
 

Prepare Your Ingredients
  1. In a small bowl, mix together A1 sauce, Duke's mayonnaise, and garlic powder until well combined. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté sweet onion and mushrooms for 4-6 minutes until golden.
  3. Divide ground beef into four portions and shape into patties. Season both sides with seasoning salt.
Cooking the Burgers
  1. Preheat a griddle over high heat. Cook patties for about 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  2. In the last minute of cooking, place cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.
  3. Toast the potato buns on the griddle until golden brown.
Assembling the Burger
  1. Layer a patty on each toasted bun half, add sautéed onions and mushrooms, then drizzle with burger sauce. Top with the other bun half.
