  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Raw Honey Agave syrup can substitute for vegan option.
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Zest Fresh lime is best.
  • 1/2 cup Lime Juice Freshly squeezed is always best.
For the Drink
  • 2 cups Club Soda Ginger ale can substitute.
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cherries For garnish.
  • 1 lime Lime For garnish.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the pitted fresh sweet cherries and water. Bring to a gentle boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a blender and add raw honey, lime zest, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Fill an 8oz glass with ice and pour in 2oz of the chilled cherry syrup. Top with club soda.
  4. For a larger gathering, mix the cherry syrup with ice in a pitcher and add enough club soda to fill.
  5. Garnish each glass with fresh cherries and lime slices before serving.
