  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 9×5-inch metal loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add eggs, mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and mix well.
