Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium and scramble the egg mixture for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Cook the bacon in the same skillet until crispy, about 6-8 minutes, then chop into pieces.
  4. Cut the Hawaiian rolls horizontally. Place the bottom half in the baking dish and layer with half of the cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, and remaining cheese.
  5. Melt the butter and mix in the ranch dressing mix. Drizzle this over the roll tops.
  6. Bake the sliders for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the rolls are golden brown.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serve warm.
