- Preheat the oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium and scramble the egg mixture for 5–7 minutes.
- Cook the bacon in the same skillet until crispy, about 6-8 minutes, then chop into pieces.
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls horizontally. Place the bottom half in the baking dish and layer with half of the cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, and remaining cheese.
- Melt the butter and mix in the ranch dressing mix. Drizzle this over the roll tops.
- Bake the sliders for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the rolls are golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serve warm.
