- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Unroll the refrigerated crescent dough and divide it into 8 triangles.
- Layer 3–4 slices of pepperoni and a generous handful of shredded mozzarella on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end towards the tip, pinching the edges to seal.
