  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with melted butter
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Substitute with sweet paprika for milder flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning Can substitute with celery salt, black pepper, and paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Or use fresh minced garlic for a fresher taste
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Fresh minced onion works well
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Fresh herbs can be used for a robust flavor
  • 1 to taste Pepper Fresh ground black pepper works best
For the Filling
  • 1 cup Crab Meat Can substitute with lobster or shrimp
  • 1 cup Cooked Spinach Kale can be used as a substitute
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Artichokes Optional

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice Substitute with lime for a twist
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Toss shrimp until evenly coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix crab meat, cooked spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Italian breadcrumbs, cheese, minced garlic, dried herbs, fresh lemon juice, and zest. Stir until well blended.
  4. Fill each seasoned shrimp generously with the prepared mixture.
  5. Arrange the stuffed shrimp on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Prepare garlic butter dill sauce by melting butter in a saucepan, adding minced garlic and dill, stirring until fragrant.
