Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl until resembling wet sand. Press into the dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese filling over the baked crust evenly.
  5. Dice the fresh strawberries and sprinkle them over the cream cheese filling.
  6. Whisk together flour, brown sugar, and salt. Stir in melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over strawberries.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the edges are set and the center has a slight jiggle.
  8. Cool on a wire rack for about one hour, then chill in the refrigerator for at least one more hour.
