Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Slice the beef sirloin against the grain into bite-sized pieces. Prepare the vegetables by julienne the carrots, chop the bell peppers, and rinse the broccoli and snap peas.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch, mixing well. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add sesame oil to the hot pan for about 30 seconds. Then add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Increase the heat slightly and add the marinated beef. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. Push the beef to one side of the skillet and add the prepared vegetables. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until they are vibrant and slightly tender.
  6. Mix the cooked beef with the sautéed vegetables. Pour the sauce made from rice vinegar and soy sauce over the stir fry, tossing everything together for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve the Beef Stir Fry hot over a bed of cooked rice or noodles. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
