Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- Preheat your skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Slice the beef sirloin against the grain into bite-sized pieces. Prepare the vegetables by julienne the carrots, chop the bell peppers, and rinse the broccoli and snap peas.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch, mixing well. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Add sesame oil to the hot pan for about 30 seconds. Then add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Increase the heat slightly and add the marinated beef. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Push the beef to one side of the skillet and add the prepared vegetables. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until they are vibrant and slightly tender.
- Mix the cooked beef with the sautéed vegetables. Pour the sauce made from rice vinegar and soy sauce over the stir fry, tossing everything together for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve the Beef Stir Fry hot over a bed of cooked rice or noodles. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
