Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your ingredients.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend together 6 eggs, 4 oz of cream cheese, 2 tbsp of melted salted butter, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of coconut flour and 1 tsp of baking powder. Mix gently until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  5. Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  6. Refrigerate the loaf for a few hours or overnight, then cut into sticks (24-36 pieces).
  7. Heat 2 tbsp of salted butter in a skillet over medium-low heat and fry the sticks until golden brown and crispy (about 2-3 minutes per side).
