- In a large pitcher, combine 4 cups of cold filtered water with 4 green tea bags or 2 tbsp of loose leaf green tea. Add fresh mint leaves and let it steep for 6-8 hours in the refrigerator.
- While the tea is brewing, slice 2 ripe kiwis into thin rounds. Gently muddle a few slices in a separate bowl to release juices.
- Remove tea bags or strain out loose tea from the pitcher. Add sliced kiwis and stir in honey or sweetener to taste.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for an additional 1-2 hours to allow flavors to infuse.
- Serve over ice cubes in glasses, including kiwi slices and mint leaves for decoration.
- Garnish each glass with extra mint leaves and a slice of kiwi. Serve immediately.
