  • 4 cups Cold Water Use filtered for the best taste
  • 4 bags Green Tea Bags Opt for high-quality tea
  • 2 pieces Ripe Kiwis Ensure they're perfectly ripe
  • 1 handful Fresh Mint Leaves Use fresh or mint extract as a substitute
  • Honey/Sweetener (Optional) Agave syrup or stevia can be alternatives
  • Ice Cubes

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pitcher, combine 4 cups of cold filtered water with 4 green tea bags or 2 tbsp of loose leaf green tea. Add fresh mint leaves and let it steep for 6-8 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. While the tea is brewing, slice 2 ripe kiwis into thin rounds. Gently muddle a few slices in a separate bowl to release juices.
  3. Remove tea bags or strain out loose tea from the pitcher. Add sliced kiwis and stir in honey or sweetener to taste.
  4. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for an additional 1-2 hours to allow flavors to infuse.
  5. Serve over ice cubes in glasses, including kiwi slices and mint leaves for decoration.
  6. Garnish each glass with extra mint leaves and a slice of kiwi. Serve immediately.
