Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pitcher, pour in 4 cups of cold, filtered water. Add 4 green tea bags or 2 tablespoons of loose leaf green tea, along with a handful of fresh mint leaves. Stir gently to mix.
  2. Slice 2 ripe kiwis and add them to the pitcher. Gently muddle a few kiwi slices with a wooden spoon to release their juices.
  3. Drizzle in honey or your chosen sweetener, adjusting to taste. Stir well to combine.
  4. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 6-8 hours or overnight for infusion.
  5. Strain the mixture to remove green tea bags, mint leaves, and kiwi slices using a fine mesh strainer.
  6. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the strained tea over the ice. Optionally garnish with mint leaves and kiwi slices.
