Ingredients
  

For the Tea
  • 400 ml Filtered Water Essential for extracting tea's flavors
  • 2-3 teaspoons Sirocco Vanilla Black Tea Can swap with preferred black tea
For the Lemonade
  • 15 g Granulated Sugar Adjust amount to taste
  • 200 ml Warm Water To dissolve sugar
  • 50 g Fresh Lemon Juice Use fresh lemons for best flavor
For Serving
  • Ice Cubes Larger cubes recommended

Method
 

Cold Brew Tea
  1. Combine 400ml of filtered water with 2-3 teaspoons of Sirocco vanilla black tea in a clean jar. Stir gently and cover. Place in the fridge to steep for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Make Lemonade
  1. Dissolve 15g of granulated sugar in 200ml of warm water. Allow to cool before adding 50g of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Assemble Drink
  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, pour in 150ml of the prepared lemonade, and top with brewed vanilla black tea.
Storage
  1. Store leftover vanilla black tea in the fridge for up to 1 week in a sealed container.
