Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the curly kale thoroughly under cold water. Remove the tough stems and tear or chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the kale leaves. Massage the kale for about 1 to 2 minutes until it becomes softer and darker.
  3. Chop croutons into bite-sized pieces and toss them with the kale.
