  2. Combine the cubed boneless skinless chicken breasts and diced potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together olive oil, melted unsalted butter, smoked paprika, garlic powder, crushed red chili flakes, cumin, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl. Pour over chicken and potatoes.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, spreading evenly, and bake for 45 to 55 minutes, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes.
