Step-by-Step Instructions for Mediterranean Chicken Stir Fry
  1. Prepare the ingredients by washing and chopping zucchini and red bell peppers, and slicing red onion. Cut chicken into uniform chunks.
  2. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Sauté red onion and minced garlic for 1-2 minutes, then add zucchini and red bell peppers. Cook for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  4. Combine chicken with vegetables, stirring gently. Cook for another 2 minutes to meld flavors.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice, add feta cheese and olives. Mix and heat through for a minute.
