Ingredients
  

For the Pastry
  • 1 package Puff Pastry thawed
For the Filling
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 2 medium Sliced Jalapenos fresh or pickled
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder optional
For the Topping
  • 1 large Egg for egg wash
For Dipping
  • Dipping Sauces Ranch, Sriracha Mayo, Honey Mustard

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, sliced jalapenos, and garlic powder.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry to about 6mm thick and cut into 5 cm wide strips.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling on one half of each pastry strip, fold over, and twist to shape.
  5. Beat an egg and brush it on top of each twist.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving with your choice of dipping sauces.
