Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil.
  2. Remove the tough membrane from the back of the baby back pork ribs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, cracked black pepper, cumin, and chili powder. Drizzle olive oil over the ribs and rub the seasoning mix all over.
  4. Cover the seasoned ribs with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.
  5. Prepare the barbecue sauce by combining barbecue sauce, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper in a saucepan. Heat on low.
  6. After 2 hours, remove the foil and brush the barbecue sauce onto the ribs. Increase the oven temperature to 460°F (240°C).
  7. Bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes to allow the barbecue sauce to set.
  8. Broil the ribs for an additional 3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  9. Remove from the oven, let rest for 10 minutes, then slice between the bones for serving.
