  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gently until just combined.
  6. Transfer the batter to the loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
  7. Mix sugar and cinnamon for topping and sprinkle over the batter.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
