  • 1 whole Chilli finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp Cumin Powder
  • ½ tsp Aamchur Powder
  • ½ tsp Chaat Masala
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Mint chopped
  • 2 tbsp Coriander chopped
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour or rice flour/breadcrumbs
For Frying
  • Oil for frying

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil and prepare potatoes: Peel and boil three medium-sized potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and cool.
  2. Mix the spices and ingredients: Add chilli, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin powder, aamchur powder, chaat masala, and salt to mashed potatoes and mix well.
  3. Incorporate fresh herbs and binding agents: Add chopped mint, coriander, and corn flour, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Shape the patties: Grease your hands with oil and shape the mixture into small round patties, approximately 2-3 inches in diameter.
  5. Fry the patties: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, fry patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Drain and serve: Remove patties and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with chutney or as a chaat.
