- Shape the patties: Grease your hands with oil and shape the mixture into small round patties, approximately 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Fry the patties: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, fry patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain and serve: Remove patties and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with chutney or as a chaat.
