- Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
- Remove the thin membrane from the back of the pork spare ribs using a paper towel.
- Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chili powder in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
- Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until the meat is tender.
- Remove the ribs from the oven, take off the foil, and brush barbecue sauce over them.
- Switch to broil mode and broil the ribs for 3 to 5 minutes until caramelized.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing.
