  2. Pour in 1 1/2 cups of lukewarm water into the dry mixture, stirring until it becomes a shaggy, cohesive dough.
  3. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let the dough rise at room temperature for 8 to 24 hours.
  4. About 1.5 hours before baking, preheat your oven to 450°F with the Dutch oven inside.
  5. Carefully turn the risen dough onto a floured surface and shape it gently into a ball.
  6. Cover the shaped dough loosely with plastic wrap and allow it to rest for about 30-45 minutes.
  7. Remove the hot Dutch oven from the oven, place parchment paper inside, and flip the dough onto it.
  8. Cover the Dutch oven with its lid and bake for 30 minutes.
  9. After 30 minutes, remove the lid and bake uncovered for an additional 7-15 minutes until golden.
  10. Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool slightly before slicing.
