Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and bell peppers, sauté for 5-6 minutes until soft. Stir in minced garlic for another 30 seconds.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 7-8 minutes until browned. Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Reduce heat to low and mix in softened cream cheese until fully melted and combined.
