Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of diced fresh pineapple, 1 cup of thinly sliced cucumber, and ½ cup of finely sliced red onion. Gently stir the ingredients together.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 teaspoon of chili powder, the juice of 2 limes, 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Pour the prepared dressing over the fruit and vegetable mixture in the large bowl. Toss gently until all ingredients are coated.
