Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by bringing 4 cups of filtered water to a rapid boil in a medium-sized pot over high heat.
  2. With the pot off the heat, add your black tea bags, fresh rosemary sprigs, orange zest, and thinly sliced ginger. Allow to steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Once steeping is complete, remove the tea bags and stir in sugar while the liquid is still warm.
  4. Strain out the herbal and zesty bits using a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher, then stir in the freshly squeezed orange juice.
  5. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature before transferring it to the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours.
  6. When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the top, garnishing with orange slices and rosemary.
