Topping
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut Toast before use for added crunch.
  • 1 cup Caramel Ice Cream Topping Any brand works well.
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips Can substitute with dark chocolate chips.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line your baking pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Cool the brownies in the pan for 10-15 minutes.
Preparation of Topping
  1. Toast the shredded coconut on a baking sheet for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Combine the toasted coconut with the caramel topping.
Final Assembly
  1. Spoon the coconut-caramel mixture over the cooled brownies.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  3. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the brownies.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
