Preparation

- Combine the toasted coconut with the caramel topping.
Final Assembly
- Spoon the coconut-caramel mixture over the cooled brownies.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the brownies.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
