- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil and cook the ground beef for 5-7 minutes until browned, draining excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef and sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until onions are translucent.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the baking dish and layer thinly sliced potatoes on top, seasoning with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
