- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat to cool.
- In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and spinach. Set aside.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of the baking dish.
- Take a lasagna noodle, place a spoonful of chicken filling on one end, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish. Repeat with all noodles.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
