  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce Store-bought or homemade
For the Topping
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Fresh or shredded

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat to cool.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and spinach. Set aside.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Take a lasagna noodle, place a spoonful of chicken filling on one end, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish. Repeat with all noodles.
  6. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
  8. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
