Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic cloves, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Add chopped chilli if desired. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Add prawns to the marinade, ensuring each is well coated. Allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to 280°C (550°F).
  4. Place marinated prawns on the grill and cook for 2-4 minutes on each side until shells turn pink.
  5. Remove from heat and serve immediately with lemon wedges and crusty bread.
