- In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic cloves, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Add chopped chilli if desired. Whisk until well combined.
- Add prawns to the marinade, ensuring each is well coated. Allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to 280°C (550°F).
- Place marinated prawns on the grill and cook for 2-4 minutes on each side until shells turn pink.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately with lemon wedges and crusty bread.
