Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sour cream, mayonnaise, and condensed cream of chicken soup with cheeses and seasonings.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Mix crushed crackers with melted butter until well coated, then set aside.
  5. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken filling in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly around the edges.
  7. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
