Step-by-Step Instructions for Hearty Cabbage and Ground Beef
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, breaking it into smaller pieces with a wooden spoon. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until fully browned.
  2. Once the beef is browned, push it to one side and add chopped onions. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent, then mix in minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add diced tomatoes with juices, bouillon powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir and bring to a boil, then simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Fold in the chopped cabbage, stir well, cover, and cook for 10-15 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed before serving hot.
