- In a medium saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer and let thicken for 10–15 minutes.
- Place sliced roast beef in a skillet over low heat and gently warm for about 5 minutes.
- Lay a tortilla flat, add warmed roast beef and cheese, and roll tightly. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Melt butter and mix with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Brush over the assembled roll-ups.
- Pan-fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden, or bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for a minute, slice into pinwheels, and serve warm with au jus.
