Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Clean and trim 1 pound of mushrooms, then place in a bowl, drizzle with oil, and season with salt and pepper. Toss and spread on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast mushrooms for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1/4 cup of butter until it reaches a light hazelnut brown.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in garlic, thyme, and lemon juice.
  6. Add roasted mushrooms to skillet and toss to coat.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy warm.
