  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cups Stock/Broth beef or vegetable stock

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Beef. Wash and cut the stew beef into bite-sized pieces. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Sauté the Beef. Heat olive oil over medium heat, add beef, black pepper, and salt. Sauté for 8-10 minutes until browned.
  3. Add the Vegetables. Stir in chopped onion and diced red bell pepper. Sauté for 3 minutes until onions are translucent.
  4. Incorporate Tomato Paste. Add tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes to deepen the flavors.
  5. Add Liquids and Seasonings. Pour in water and stock, add bouillon powder, cayenne, and salt. Bring to a gentle boil.
  6. Mix in the Peanut Butter. Stir in peanut butter and simmer for 2-5 minutes until thickened.
  7. Serve and Enjoy. Serve hot over cauliflower rice or white rice, and optionally garnish with peanuts or cilantro.
