Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Thinly slice beef chuck roast into strips about 1/4-inch thick for easier cooking.
  3. Place the sliced beef into the slow cooker, pour the sauce mixture over the beef and toss gently.
  4. Cook on LOW for 90 minutes.
  5. Prepare a cornstarch slurry and mix into the beef mixture in the slow cooker.
  6. Add fresh broccoli florets and cook on HIGH for an additional 30 minutes.
