  3. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and orange juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the tuna, then sprinkle with capers, parsley, and oregano.
  5. Optionally add garnishes like red chili, microgreens, or shaved fennel. Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
