Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Season the beef stew meat with salt and pepper to taste. Wash and cut baby potatoes in half.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef cubes for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Melt unsalted butter in the skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce into the skillet, scraping the browned bits from the bottom, and stir in thyme and rosemary.
  5. Pour garlic and broth mixture over seared beef in the slow cooker. Add halved baby potatoes and stir gently.
  6. Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Check seasoning before serving and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
