For the Chicken
  • 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breast
For the Noodles
  • 8 ounces Rice noodles Can use egg noodles as a twist.
For the Sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic Freshly minced.
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce Substitute with tamari for gluten-free.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Maple syrup works as a substitute.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger Grated.
For Heat
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes Adjust according to spice preference.
For Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions Sliced.

Method
 

Directions
  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions in boiling water for about 6-8 minutes, drain and rinse under cold water. Toss with oil.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Cook bite-sized chicken breast pieces for 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat and add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and honey, stir to combine, add red chili flakes, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Return chicken to pan, add noodles, and toss everything together, cooking for another 1-2 minutes to heat through.
  6. Serve on plates, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
