Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x11" baking dish.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and chopped strawberries.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond milk, yogurt, maple syrup, melted butter, egg, egg white, and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  6. Spread the oatmeal mixture into the greased baking dish and dollop the cream cheese mixture and preserves on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
  8. Let it cool for about 15 minutes before slicing.
