- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x11" baking dish.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
- In a large bowl, mix together oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and chopped strawberries.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together almond milk, yogurt, maple syrup, melted butter, egg, egg white, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Spread the oatmeal mixture into the greased baking dish and dollop the cream cheese mixture and preserves on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
- Let it cool for about 15 minutes before slicing.
