- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, spraying it lightly with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened unsalted butter until creamy and smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the strawberry cake mix and egg to the butter mixture and blend until you achieve a sticky dough, about 1-2 minutes.
- Press approximately ½ to ⅔ of the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Evenly sprinkle the white chocolate chips over the pressed dough.
- Drizzle about 60% of the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the white chocolate chips.
- Crumble the remaining dough over the top of the bars in small pieces.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 27-30 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the bars to cool for at least 2-3 hours at room temperature before slicing.
